Cut, baled and stored on Smiddy — 32 acres on the east coast of Stronsay. Salad leaves, tomatoes and specialty crops from the Polycrubs, small-square hay, round bales for bulk feeding, and wrapped haylage for sensitive horses. Collect at the gate or arrange local delivery across Stronsay.
Free-range eggs, seasonal vegetables and small-batch produce from the smallholding — added through the season. Drop the host a note via the booking page if you'd like to be told when a new batch is ready.
